For the first time ever we are doing a very special Limited Release of one of our unique grain expressions. Our Triticale New Make was a Dramfest 2023 special release.
Triticale is a grain closely related to wheat and rye. Our Triticale New Make offers a flavour profile that is savoury and crisp with a touch of luxurious creaminess. Complemented by notes of sour cherry, toasted cereal and a hint of spice to finish.
Triticale can be served neat, displaying the potentialof the whisky to come, or as a curious alternative in your favourite cocktail. Auld Triticale New Make is perfect mixed with East Imperial Tonic Water and garnished with fresh lime, makrut lime leaf or lemongrass.
