There is a quiet beauty in a paddock of wheat, golden heads moving with the Southland wind, a familiar sight on our family farm for generations.

From the wheat harvested here in 2017, we set out to discover what this everyday grain could become when given the time and care to develop into something extraordinary.

Grown, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on our farm at Scotts Gap, Southland, our Single-Grain Wheat Whisky is an expression of the land, the seasons and the patience that connects farming with whisky making.

Soft and full-bodied, it carries a gentle sweetness with light spice and a buttery, rounded mouthfeel.

Drawn from our wheat paddocks, it reflects quiet strength — an understated grain shaped into a refined whisky.
