A soft full-bodied whisky made from Auld Farm Wheat. The result is a smooth, lightly spiced spirit with delicate sweetness and a buttery mouthfeel.

This is a Whisky of Golden Plains and quiet strength - a nod to understated elegance.

Grown in peace of the south, distilled with care and patiently left to mellow over time.

This first 700ml whisky release represents a special moment in our story, and we’re opening it early so you can secure your bottle ahead of time. Final packaging is being completed now, with delivery in January 2026, once the finishing details that honour our craft are in place.
