A soft full-bodied whisky made from Auld Farm Wheat. The result is a smooth, lightly spiced spirit with delicate sweetness and a buttery mouthfeel.

This is a Whisky of Golden Plains and quiet strength - a nod to understated elegance.

Grown in peace of the south, distilled with care and patiently left to mellow over time.

This first whisky release marks a significant moment for our family and our farm. Each bottle is grown, distilled, matured and bottled here in Southland.
