This Single-Grain Wheat Whisky is grown, distilled, matured, and bottled entirely on our Southland farm.

Soft and full-bodied, it carries a gentle sweetness with light spice and a buttery, rounded mouthfeel.

Drawn from our wheat paddocks, it reflects quiet strength - an understated grain shaped into a refined whisky.

This first whisky release marks a significant moment for our family and our farm. Every step, from seed to sip, has taken place here in Southland.
