Born from a hybrid of wheat and rye, then sown on the Auld farm, this whisky is as bold as it is unexpected. A harmony of rye spice and wheat silk, it opens with menthol notes and pepper warmth, finishing in creamy layers of dried fruit. The structure holds firm, carrying through with quiet confidence and distinction.
