This rare Single-Grain Oat Whisky is grown, distilled, matured, and bottled entirely on our Southland farm.

Creamy and full, with a velvet texture and gentle sweetness, it carries a quiet finish of orchard fruit and soft spice.

The oat holds its ground - a humble grain, shaped by time into something refined.

This first whisky release marks a significant moment for our family and our farm. Every step, from seed to sip, has taken place here in Southland.
