Creamy and Full, with a velvet texture and gentle sweetness, it finishes with a quiet echo of orchard fruit and spice.

From furrow to fame, the Oat holds fast - a whisky that honours its humble beginnings with a remarkably refined sip.

This first 700ml whisky release represents a special moment in our story, and we’re opening it early so you can secure your bottle ahead of time. Final packaging is being completed now, with delivery in January 2026, once the finishing details that honour our craft are in place.
