Crafted entirely from oats grown on our family farm at Scotts Gap, Southland, our Single-Grain Oat Whisky is made from 100% oats. No barley, no blending of grains. Simply oats, transformed through distillation, oak and the passage of time.

Grown, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on our Southland farm, this is a whisky that speaks of curiosity, patience and our enduring belief that good things take time.

Creamy and full, with a velvet texture and gentle sweetness, it carries a quiet finish of orchard fruit and soft spice.
