Can't Make It to the Farm? We'll Bring the Tasting to You.

We've had a few people ask us a rather good question.

How do you choose your own Harvest Cask when you can't make it all the way to Southland to taste the spirits?

After all, choosing a cask is a pretty big decision, and we think you should have the opportunity to taste what you're buying.

So we've come up with a solution.

Introducing our Auld Farm Distillery Tasting Flight.

We've put together a selection of our new make spirits so you can taste what we're creating here on the farm, wherever you happen to be.

Each spirit begins with grain we've grown ourselves, right here at Scotts Gap.

And while they may all come from the same farm, there's plenty to discover in the differences between them.

The idea is simple.

Taste the spirits, discover which one you enjoy most, and choose the one you'd like to see mature into your very own Harvest Cask of whisky.

Of course, the spirit you taste today is only the beginning.

Over the coming years, the oak will have its say, and your whisky will develop its own character as it matures.

That's part of the adventure.

We know not everyone can make the trip to our little corner of Southland, but that shouldn't mean missing out on the opportunity to become a cask owner.

So, if you can't come to the farm, we'll send a little of the farm to you.
