Tour Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund of the booking cost.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the tour date will result in a partial refund. The amount refunded will be 50% of the booking cost.

No Refund: If you cancel less than 14 days before the tour date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of NZD 50 will be deducted from any refund issued.

Exceptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government travel advisories, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the tour at no additional cost.

Changes to Tour Dates: If there are changes to the scheduled tour dates, we will notify all participants at least 14 days in advance and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after cancellation.
